Compote from a cherry and dried apricots

1 l of water, 200 г cherries, 200 г dried apricots, 1 glass of sugar.

To take fifty-fifty a sour cherry and sweet dried apricots, to wash out in cold water. To put in a pan sugar, to dissolve in a small amount of warm water, to pour cold water, to allow to begin to boil and put fruit.

After secondary boiling at once to remove from fire and to cool at the closed cover.
